Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

Location: TDA AGH — Corporate / Multi-Site / Located at Rhode Island T.Green International Airport Employment Type: Full-Time

Standard business hours with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate candidate availability, recruiting events, or operational needs. Up to 25% travel required.

People are the foundation of everything TDA AGH does — and this role is at the center of building that foundation. As our HR Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle across your assigned locations while supporting a broad range of HR functions that keep our teams running smoothly.

You will partner closely with hiring managers, represent TDA at career fairs and campus events, and ensure every new hire has a seamless experience from first contact through their first day. Talent Acquisition:

Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting through offer acceptance — for all open positions across assigned locations.

Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using job boards, community organizations, local colleges, and professional networks.

Screen applications, conduct structured phone interviews, and coordinate in-person or panel interviews as required.

Champion employer branding through campus visits, career fairs, and community partnerships.

Administer and continuously improve ATS workflows; ensure data integrity and timely disposition of all candidates.

HR Coordination & Compliance:

Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including I-9 verification, benefits enrollment, and orientation scheduling.

Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions on HR policies and direct inquiries appropriately.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS; Support compliance efforts including EEO reporting, I-9 audits, and adherence to federal, state, and local employment law.

Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy in all HR matters.

Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Complete all required training.

Report any safety hazard or incident immediately to station leadership.

Minimum 3–5 years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 2 years managing full-cycle recruitment.

High proficiency with ATS platforms and HRIS systems.

High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Solid working knowledge of HR best practices, RI employment law, and compliance requirements.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight stays, for recruiting events, job fairs, and multi-site HR support.

HR generalist background is a significant plus.

Prior experience in aviation, transportation, or a similarly fast-paced, multi-site operating environment.

SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification.

Experience supporting multi-location workforce planning and staffing.
