Role Description The Associate Attorney will work on-site in Castle Rock, CO in a full-time capacity, supporting the transactions department within the firm. We are expanding our transactions department and have an opening for an associate attorney with 5 to 10 years’ experience to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will be an effective advocate with excellent writing skills who is prepared for more hands-on experience. We value in person office relationships and candidates can expect a reasonable workload.
Strong foundation in general Law and the ability to handle matters across multiple practice areas.
Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to a diverse client base.
Proficiency in legal Research, including case law, statutes, regulations, and secondary sources.
from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to the Colorado Bar (or eligibility for prompt admission).
Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
