Lead continuous improvement projects spanning across multiple functions, both internal and external to the plant
Complete 8D process and reports to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, internal product/process failures, equipment malfunctions and other plant support issues.
Design and coordinate change management activities (PWP, FWP and Implementation)
Lead vendor, customer, internal and certification audits, both on-site and off-site
Perform and participate in risk assessments (HAZOP, JSA, MOC, etc.)
Present metrics and reports to management and external customers
Champion and adhere to all Safety, Health, and Environmental standards.
BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred (Electrical or Industrial Engineers will be considered)
Minimum 5-10+ years of engineering experience in Project Management, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering in semiconductor packaging or chemical processing; Mixing, coating, converting and punch press experience desired.
Certified Quality Engineer by American Society of Quality preferred
