What You'll Bring
Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice.
Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience (geriatrics, primary care, home-based care, or value-based care preferred).
A highly professional, dependable, and trustworthy approach to patient care.
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently with confidence.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing provider-community relationships.
Adaptability, accountability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay Range for Posted Region

$70,000—$110,000 USD
