HR GENERALIST (NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS)

The TJX Companies , Inc.

The TJ Maxx store in Oxford, AL is hiring a store operations associate to support management, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, organized store. You will assist with scheduling, training, and daily cash handling while promoting safety and brand programs.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role, and are flexible to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced team environment.
