Hospice RN/LPN | Part-time, every other Sat/Sun, 12hr days

Position: Hospice Response RN | Faith Hospice

Schedule: Part-time | every other Saturday and Sunday, 12hr days

Territory: Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties

Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN or LPN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice Weekend Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life.

Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns
Provide end of life visits
Provide after-hours support and care
Schedule: every other Saturday/Sunday (job share with another Nurse); 12-hour day shift

Location:

- Grand Rapids, covering a 50-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids; Kent and Ottawa Counties and outskirts of surrounding Counties

Qualifications:

RN or LPN licensure in Michigan
Minimum 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
Hospice or hospital experience preferred
Passion for hospice nursing
Valid Michigan driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable means of transportation for home visits
