CNC Machine Operator Location: Birmingham, AL Pay Rate: $22.00 $24.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6 AM-6:30 PM

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a machine shop, manufacturing, or CNC environment preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with CNC machining, deburring, and small-part manufacturing is preferred.

Job Duties: Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Load and unload materials and parts into CNC equipment. Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Monitor machine performance and make basic offset adjustments as needed. Maintain production records and accurate documentation. Identify quality issues and report non-conforming products. Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
