Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Picker Packers for fast-paced distribution centers and fulfillment facilities across St. Pay ranges from $15.50 to $18.00 per hour depending on your shift and experience. With multiple shifts open, you can pick a work schedule that fits your daily life.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and carefully packaging them for shipment to keep customer orders moving out the door on time.

Read pick sheets, order tickets, or use RF handheld scanners to locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves and bins.
Carefully inspect products for damage, correct part numbers, and proper quantities prior to packaging.
Pack, box, bubble-wrap, and seal orders securely according to shipping standards.
Print, verify, and attach shipping labels, packing slips, and barcodes to outgoing boxes.
Use manual pallet jacks or carts to transport picked products across the warehouse floor.
Keep packing stations and aisles clean, organized, and free of trash or debris.
Previous order picking, packing, stockroom, or general warehouse experience preferred (entry-level applicants with strong attention to detail are welcome).
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch continuously throughout your shift.
Reliable transportation and dependable, punctual attendance every day.
Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.
