• Proficiency in Hr Software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and Applicant Tracking Systems (Ats).
• Strong Understanding of Employment Laws, Hr Policies, and Best Practices.
• Experience Managing Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Hr Compliance.
• Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively to Support Company-Wide Hr Functions.
