Key Responsibilities For The HR Specialist
Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and new employee onboarding.
Serve as a resource for employees while supporting employee relations and HR administration.
Maintain employee records and help administer HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee training and support professional development initiatives.
Support HR compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS data management.

Qualifications For The HR Specialist
Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with HR internship experience considered for recent graduates.
Candidates without a degree should have 2+ years of HR experience.
Experience or exposure across core HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, or HR administration.
HRIS experience preferred; Paylocity experience is a plus.
