Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Provide skilled inpatient physical therapy services in a hospital setting in Lodi, CA. The therapist will plan and conduct treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental function while supporting department objectives and serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016; Active Physical Therapy license in California required to start the assignment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from an approved vendor per facility policy.
Recent EPIC and Cerner experience required. This role supports an EPIC conversion.
Experience in inpatient hospital physical therapy preferred. Two years’ PT experience preferred.
No return-to-office (RTO) requirement as specified by the client.

Two years’ physical therapy experience preferred.

Shift: Day shift, 40 hours per week (5x8 schedule).
Must support an EPIC conversion and have recent EPIC and Cerner experience.
