Senior HR Generalist - Remote
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior HR Generalist will provide hands-on tactical ownership with strategic support in talent management, coaching managers, and driving full-cycle recruitment, all while working remotely.
Coach and advise managers on employee relations and organizational challenges to achieve beneficial outcomes
Serve as a resource for employees' HR needs, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits inquiries
Recruit top talent in partnership with hiring managers, focusing on engineering and clinical operations roles
Minimum 3 years of experience in a mid-level HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Talent role
Strong HR domain knowledge and business acumen, including familiarity with labor laws
Proven experience in recruiting professional-level roles, particularly in Engineering and Clinical Operations
Background in talent management, job design, and recruitment; Experience leading organizational change in a remote culture, with a focus on employee-first principles
