Progressive Care Nurse Aide II
Performs routine personal care and assists with activities of daily living for patients. Assists patients with nutrition and elimination needs. According to scope and nursing policy and procedure, documents nursing assistant care provided to patients. Observes infection control measures. Staff members will have knowledge of human growth and development through the life span of the patient and have the ability to meet the needs of and provide the care of these patients. Pediatrics 1 12 yrs; Young Adult/Adult 18 64 yrs; Adult/Middle-Aged 65 - 79 yrs; Maintains a clean, neat, orderly working area. Performs duties as outlined in the scope of Nurse Aide II for Scotland Health (per North Carolina Board of Nursing Nurse Aide II tasks list).
