Senior Underwriter (FULL-TIME)

The Senior Underwriter is a key member of the underwriting team reporting to the Regional Underwriting Manager. As a Senior Underwriter, this looks like:

Reviewing your book of business, tracking performance, and analyzing market conditions and competition.
Broker Partnership: Building and managing broker relationships, developing goals and strategies, and collaborating to craft tailored solutions for members.
Oversee new and renewal underwriting, select risks per company guidelines, and ensure timely follow-up and closing of accounts.
You have at least 5 years of experience underwriting, preferably in the high net worth space and you are comfortable owning a book of business. Direct, empathetic communication is a staple in every aspect of your day, and you thrive on building connections with people. You know how to gather and analyze all the data you'll need to make a decision on a risk. The base salary for this role can range from $75,000 to $95,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual's ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience
