Security Professional Flex Shift

This is for our on-call events team in Franklin, TN

*Active TN unarmed guard license is required (we verify via TN's public records site ahead of interviews)

Pay: $21 to $24 per hour

As an Unarmed Security Professional at Extrity Services, you will be crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises. Under the guidance of the Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, and/or Regional Manager, you will implement security protocols, monitor activities, and respond to incidents with professionalism and attention to detail. Perform patrols and security checks focusing on intrusion prevention.

Monitor entrances and exits, screen for prohibited items, and ensure overall security.

Comply with Tennessee's unarmed security laws, maintaining high standards of operation.

Demonstrate punctuality, arriving on time for assigned shifts.

Enforce access control procedures as needed and maintain records accurately.

Maintain and report on the functionality of security equipment.

Respond promptly to security incidents, following established protocols.

Document incidents accurately, preparing detailed reports.

Provide truthful and timely data, including incident reports and shift reports.

An active and clear TN Unarmed security license.

Experience in conducting patrols, surveillance, and managing security incidents.

Knowledge of security equipment and its proper usage; Familiarity with access control procedures and identification verification.

Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
