Robert Half Permanent Placement is excited to partner with an innovative Steel Fabricator in Olean, NY on their search for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer. Due to growth, our client has newly created this entry-level position with excellent career growth opportunity.
Please note: relocation expenses may be offered for the right candidate! The facility is right in the middle of Olean near the university, restaurants, entertainment and much more!

Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process procedures
Provide technical support to production teams and help troubleshoot manufacturing issues
Participate in tooling, equipment, and process improvement projects while working closely with engineering and operations teams

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Internship, co-op, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
