As a Production Baker, you'll be responsible for preparing all bakery products according to Dunkin' operational and brand standards before the restaurant opens.
Prepare donuts, bagels, muffins, croissants, and other bakery products
Follow all Dunkin' baking procedures and production schedules
Ensure products meet appearance, freshness, and quality standards
Maintain accurate production levels to minimize waste
Properly rotate and store inventory using FIFO procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production area
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with deliveries, stocking, and inventory as needed
Support restaurant operations when production is complete
Takes pride in producing quality products
Works efficiently with minimal supervision
Bakery or food service experience is a plus, but not required
Comfortable working in a warm kitchen environment
Production is completed on schedule
Brand standards are met every day
The restaurant is fully stocked before the morning rush
