Construction Form BuilderThis role is responsible for reading and interpreting production drawings and blueprints to build wooden forms and block-outs to precise specifications. The position involves measuring, assembling, and installing bed forms for concrete pouring while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to design requirements. The ideal individual has a strong work ethic, can accurately follow measurements and blueprints, and is confident using a variety of hand and power tools. They are safety-focused, reliable, and willing to take direction while contributing to a team-driven production setting.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training providedSome construction or rebar experience preferredAbility to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch and understand basic measurementsProficient in using hand and power tools such as nail guns, staple gun, hammer, saws, and sandersStrong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, and follow direction as neededAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm useCapable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hoursComfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts frequentlyAbility to work safely in a production or field environment with moderate to high exposure to safety risks and hazardsWillingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including wet, hot, humid, and cold weather, and outdoors (Depending on location)Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required by the task, department, or work area.This profile summarizes key duties and expectations but does not list every possible job task.
