Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to meet the growing demand for Cardiology at Indiana Heart Physicians satellite office located in Columbus, Indiana. This interested candidate will join a multi-specialty team of 22 cardiologists, 2 cardiac hospitalists, and 24 advanced practice providers.
Indiana Heart Physicians (IHP) has been delivering leading cardiovascular care since 1978, offering comprehensive services through board-certified cardiologists across multidisciplinary clinics, including cardio-oncology, heart failure, A-Fib, cardio-genetics, and structural heart. IHP provides advanced cardiac imaging and participates in research and clinical trials to bring patients the latest innovations in heart care. Ideal candidate will be an experienced Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Provider, who will operate in an office/hospital setting and be responsible for caring for patients aged 18 years and older who have cardiovascular conditions. The primary focus of the Advanced Practice Provider is seeing patients in our general cardiac clinic located in Columbus, Indiana. Candidate will also have desire to develop strong ties with patients and the greater Columbus community through outreach and educational opportunities.
Schedule: Four 10-hour weekday shifts (days to be determined – no weekends or holidays) based on outpatient volumes and cardiac testing requirements
Complete patient health assessments
Offer lifestyle, medical and dietary suggestions
Refer patients to cardiologists as appropriate for advanced testing and imaging

Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
