Job Description Behavioral Health Clinician II (School Based - Sheboygan County)

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Behavioral Health Clinician II to provide high-quality therapeutic services in a school-based setting.

Noble Community Clinics is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has proudly served Wisconsin communities for over 60 years. We are committed to improving the health and well-being of underserved populations through compassionate, integrated healthcare services.

The Behavioral Health Clinician II – School Based delivers comprehensive therapeutic services to patients in a clinic and school-based setting. This role provides assessment, diagnosis, counseling, psychotherapeutic intervention, substance use treatment, rehabilitation services, and care coordination for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

The ideal candidate is passionate about trauma-informed care, integrated behavioral health, and improving access to mental health services within schools and the community.

Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy services

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Coordinate care with schools, providers, families, and community agencies

Provide crisis intervention and support during acute behavioral health episodes

Assist patients with access to housing, food security, transportation, benefits, and other social support services

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC EHR

Psychology; or Marriage & Family Therapy

LPC; Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred

Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, psychotropic medications, and behavioral interventions

Experience providing cognitive and behavioral interventions for behavioral health and substance use disorders

Must successfully complete provider credentialing, privileging, and background screening requirements
