Custodial WorkerThis is routine custodial work involving the care and housekeeping of the Robert A. Work involves varied responsibility for participating in the performance of a variety of tasks including cleaning, minor maintenance and repair tasks, and room set-ups.Maintain all floor surfaces.Dusts and polishes woodwork and furniture.Cleans and maintains all interior building surfaces.Secure building nightly.Operation, basic maintenance and adjustment of mechanical custodial equipment.Report all maintenance issues to Lead Custodian.Generally a high school diploma or GED equivalent and knowledge of the proper use and safety of cleaning supplies and tools or equivalent.Certifications, licenses, & registrations:This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check including fingerprinting through a national database.Douglas County offers an excellent comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and more.
