This Isn't Your Typical HR Job...

If you're looking for a predictable HR position where every day follows the same schedule and work ends at 5:00 p.m., Hospitality doesn't operate Monday through Friday, and neither do we.

Our hotels and restaurant operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. While this position is primarily Monday through Friday, there will be times you'll answer a phone call after hours, help resolve an urgent employee issue on a weekend, or adjust your priorities because that's simply the nature of hospitality.

We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced HR professional who wants to make a real impact.

You MUST have previous Human Resources experience in hospitality, supporting BOTH hotels and restaurants.

You know what it's like to support employees who work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. You understand that guest service begins with employee experience, and HR is a key part of making that happen.

If your HR background is outside of hospitality, this likely isn't the right fit.

Employee relations and workplace investigations

Coaching managers through performance and employee issues

Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding

HR compliance and policy administration

Performance management

Employee engagement and retention initiatives

Building strong relationships across all levels of the organization

Helping improve HR processes and supporting company initiatives

No two days will look the same—and that's one of the best parts of this role.

Several years of Human Resources experience

Required: HR experience supporting both hotel and restaurant operations

Strong employee relations experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Believe HR exists to support both people and the business.

You prefer highly structured environments where every day looks the same.

You don't have hospitality HR experience.
