Program ManagerMilwaukee Electronics – 70 Years of Innovation & ExcellenceThis isn't your average Program Manager role. We're looking for someone who understands how products are built, how customers use them, and how to build strategic partnerships that go beyond timelines and tasks.You'll manage key accounts, lead new product introductions (NPIs), and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for strategic customer accountsUnderstand how our products work and how they're madeCollaborate with customers to anticipate needs and deliver solutionsLead business reviews, project planning, and new product launchesPartner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to align prioritiesWhat You BringExperience in electronics manufacturing, engineering, or supply chainStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to manage technical accounts and think strategicallyKnowledge of product life cycles, quality systems, or lean manufacturingBonus: Familiarity with military, DoD, or ITAR environmentsWhy Milwaukee Electronics?Growth Opportunities: We invest in our people.
