Janitorial Technician - Full Time

The Janitorial Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the community's common areas to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Clean and maintain the pool house, including hallways, restrooms, and other common areas.

Perform routine property inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns.

Provide status updates and inspection reports to the Community Association Manager (CAM).

Assist with light snow removal and ice treatment during inclement weather, as needed.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Perform general maintenance responsibilities as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned to support community operations.

Previous janitorial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance experience preferred.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to safely operate standard cleaning equipment and tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean community.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of janitorial, custodial, groundskeeping, or related experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and safety practices.

Ability to identify and report maintenance or safety issues.

Primarily works outdoors with regular exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and occasional snow.

Frequent walking throughout the property and use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
