Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading field operations, staff execution, logistics, and inventory for all off site catering events. Lead all operational aspects of off-site catering events, including load-in, set-up, execution, breakdown, and load-out, while serving as the primary on-site operational point of contact

Manage liquor inventory, bar supplies, warehouse operations, and event staging to ensure accurate loading, organization, and readiness of equipment, food, and beverages in compliance with TABC laws and regulations

Oversee delivery vehicles, routing, safety practices, and routine maintenance to keep all operational assets, equipment, vehicles, and storage areas clean, safe, organized, and event-ready

Ensure compliance with company safety standards, sanitation procedures, and all applicable health and operational regulations across the warehouse, vehicles, and event sites

Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of the warehouse, loading areas, and surrounding grounds to support safe and efficient daily operations

Partner with sales, planning, culinary, warehouse, office administration, and executive leadership to align event orders, staffing, timelines, inventory, and special operational needs

Manage and achieve assigned key performance metrics related to event execution, labor efficiency, inventory control, safety compliance, and operational readiness

Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and team performance, and communicate proactively with leadership regarding operational challenges, staffing needs, maintenance issues, and improvement opportunities

Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of catering operations and special events

Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service and management

Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or event operations (off site catering strongly preferred)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams in fast paced, high pressure environments

Experience managing liquor inventory and bar operations

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Clear communicator who collaborates well across sales, culinary, and operations teams

Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and event days

Valid driver’s license and comfort overseeing vehicle and delivery operations
