Attendant, Full time

As a Lot Attendant, you play a critical role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our vehicle inventory. You ensure a smooth flow of operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and sales readiness. You contribute to a positive experience for every customer who visits our location.
Manages the vehicle lot, ensuring all vehicles are neatly organized, properly parked, and easily accessible for staff and customers.
Performs efficient Vehicle Relocation , moving vehicles between designated areas on the lot, to service, or for customer delivery.
Conducts thorough Vehicle Inspection for new arrivals, identifying and reporting any existing damage or cleanliness issues before they impact customer perception.
Operates vehicles safely and responsibly, demonstrating skilled Driving abilities while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
Provides exceptional Customer Service , assisting clients with vehicle inquiries, directing them to specific models, and answering basic questions with a helpful attitude.
Utilizes strong Communication Skills to interact clearly and professionally with team members, management, and customers, conveying information effectively.
Adheres strictly to all Safety Protocols , maintaining a secure environment for vehicles, staff, and customers on the lot at all times.
Assists with Inventory Tracking by accurately recording vehicle movements and status updates, supporting precise inventory management.
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment.
Stands and walks for extended periods throughout the workday.
Works outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
