Job Description Position : Tax Specialist
Location : Edmond, OK
Assignment Type : Contract-to-Hire
Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000 / Annually / DOE
Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Responsibilities:
Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and on time.
Multi-client Bookkeeping
Research tax laws, identify potential tax credits, and provide year-round tax planning and advisory
Reconcile bank and credit card statements, ensuring accurate recording of all income and expenditures
Maintain and update client bookkeeping ledgers on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Data entry
Monthly and year-end tax forms
Maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and financial records
Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of tax return experience
• Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
