Summary of Job Duties:The MRI Technologist produces quality MRI images as ordered by the treating physician. Communicates with patients, coworkers, and physicians through written and verbal forms of communication. High School diploma or GED, plus a graduate of a Radiological Technology program
New grad or up to one (1) year radiology technologist experience
Registry eligible or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
An Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License must be obtained before the start date
MRI Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists must be obtained within 12 months of the hire date
Bachelor's/Baccalaureate Degree
One or more years of experience as an MRI technologist
MRI Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists

Prepares patients for and runs MRI examinations by screening patients and interacting with family members
Assists in scheduling MRI exams for patients and maintains clinical documentation
Maintains supply chain responsibilities of medical supplies
