HR Manager | NW GA
A growing, multi-site distribution organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to build and lead the Human Resources function across multiple facilities in Georgia and South Carolina.
This is a rare opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership and create the HR infrastructure for an organization with approximately 800 employees . If you're an HR leader who enjoys building processes, solving people challenges, and serving as a trusted business partner, this role offers autonomy and influence to make a lasting impact.
Build and lead the HR function from the ground up
Serve as the primary HR resource for approximately 800 employees across multiple locations
Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee programs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Lead employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Create onboarding, communication, and employee engagement initiatives
Develop scalable HR systems that support continued company growth
Travel quarterly to facilities throughout Georgia and South Carolina
7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing or industrial operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to build HR processes, policies, and organizational structure
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
