We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible to provide excellent on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each and every customer they are assigned. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team. The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "resort-quality service".

Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning 40+ of swimming pools each week.

The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.

The ability to utilize a smart phone for our Pool Brain mobile platform.

The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.

Knowledge of water chemistry.

Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning 40+ swimming pools each week within a 40-hour work week. Overtime is not permitted without supervisor approval.

Interact with Pool Brain App throughout the day by following the checklist (blow decking, vacuum pool, check valves, brush pools, etc) taking a picture of the clean pool and emailing the maintenance report to the customer.

Responsible for keeping vehicle clean and stocked with chemicals/equipment needed for that day's route.

Clean every pool and maintain pool equipment like it is your swimming pool.

Be courteous, professional, and respectful with customers and always provide them with a smile when talking with them.

Utilize the ASP Online Training Site so that you can continue to learn and be current on proper pool cleaning techniques and water chemistry strategies.

Customer Focus

No other specific experience is required as we will teach you the ASP methods designed to give our customers a great looking pool and to maximize your earning potential; however, a high school degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred.

Bonus Potential:

This position has the potential of earning a monthly bonus by the company when specific monthly metrics are met.

A company truck will be provided which you keep fully stocked with tools and chemicals. Compensation: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
