Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring all projects and processes are executed efficiently. This role involves managing resources, driving operational strategies, and collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless delivery of engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with a passion for optimizing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow, productivity, and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Collaborate with department heads to align operations with Axionovas long-term goals.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all projects.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and supply chain logistics.
• Optimize resource allocation, staffing, and utilization for efficient project delivery.
• Implement and track KPIs to measure operational performance and identify improvement areas.
• Prepare and present reports to the executive team on project statuses, budgets, and operational risks.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in engineering or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management principles (PMP certification is a plus).
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $97500 - $105000
