Job Description
Job Description Key Responsibilities
Pick & Pack: Accurately pick items based on digital picking orders and pack them securely to ensure safe transit.
Receiving & Inbound: Unload incoming shipments, verify item counts against packing slips, and safely store product in designated bin locations.
Inventory Control: Use RF scanners and warehouse technology to track inventory movements and assist with routine cycle counts.
Shipping Support: Label packages accurately and stage shipments for carrier pickups (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Freight, etc.).
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, or retail stockroom environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
Tech Savvy: Ability to comfortably use or learn handheld RF scanners, iPads, and warehouse management software (WMS).
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for numbers and SKU codes to ensure order accuracy.
Dependability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive, team-player attitude.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift.
Ability to safely lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to [50 lbs] regularly.
