RN- Health Care (Full-Time

Overview Alpha Home Health & Hospice is hiring a full-time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the North Snohomish County area (Marysville, Arlington, Stanwood, etc.).
Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
Perform wound care and dressing changes and other complex care.
Monitor vital signs and symptoms, reporting changes to the physician.
Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, medications, and self-care.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Document all visits and care provided in the EMR.
Ensure compliance with agency policies, Medicare/Medicaid, and other regulations.
Qualifications Washington RN licensure.
Home Health/Hospice agency experience preferred, but not required.
