What You'll Do: As a Job Coach, you'll play an essential role in guiding individuals with disabilities toward their ideal career paths. You'll embrace ECHO's Core Values-Enthusiasm, Trust, Integrity, Compassion, Respect, Innovation, and Courage-as you collaborate with clients and employers to create opportunities that foster independence and inclusion.
Discover the dreams, skills, and motivations of your clients, then help them search for and secure jobs that fit their interests and needs.
Provide one-on-one training and creative support to help individuals succeed in their roles and navigate workplace culture.
Build strong relationships with local businesses to create opportunities and ensure both employers and employees thrive.
Teamwork & Training: Work closely with a collaborative team to ensure the success of each individual and continue to grow through training and workshops.
Who We're Looking For: A motivated self-starter who is passionate about making a real impact in the community and has a heart for helping others succeed. An associate degree (or equivalent work experience) with experience in vocational or support training for individuals with disabilities.
