Responsibilities

Supervise patient care and treatments, lead assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to deliver exceptional care.

Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.

Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.

Celebrate patient victories and milestone achievements and recognize their contributions to recovery.

Qualifications

Valid RN license as required by state regulations.

CPR certification (ACLS preferred).

CRRN certification preferred.

One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
