Operations Manager- MultisiteJob Profile: JP00706Position Summary: The Operations Manager will lead and manage the facility supporting production, distribution, safety, sales, quality, delivery, and cost. Strong focus on Team Member engagement while maintaining a growth mindset with the ability to scale the business to meet market demands. In alignment with the shared vision of Clayton Supply, the Operations Manager should be able to effectively champion initiatives to drive productivity through commercial, operational, and financial excellence.Strict adherence and compliance with quality assurance requirements.• Review production performance and drive training opportunities of production personnel, as necessary.• Provide sound leadership, coaching, mentoring, and direction for personnel development and team member engagement.• Support continuous improvement initiatives within production processes to improve overall safety, quality, reduce lead-times, and lower cost.• Monitors and measures costs of operations by using Lean Manufacturing methods, 5S, Kaizen, etc. applications where necessary.• Review the P&L statement and make operational changes leading to positive impacts on financials.• Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business (preferred) or Operations Management or related field needed• Minimum 5 years’ relevant leadership experience• Previous experience within cabinet manufacturing; preferred• Experience with ERP/Oracle is a plus• Experience with Project Planning/Management, Capex and budgeting• Working knowledge of P&L statements• Experience with Quality Programs and Root Cause Analysis - i.e. ISO9001, 8D 5 Why• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environment preferred• Excellent planning and organizational skills• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at all levels• Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as basic math skills• Must be detail-oriented and can multi-task effectively• Ability to read and understand building specifications greatly desired• Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols• Ability to adapt quickly and make sound decisions in a changing, fast-paced work environmentFull-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
