Cancellation Policy: $350.00 cancellation fee if traveler backs out after confirmation has been signed • Client gives 15 day notice to terminate candidate if not for cause • Agency must give 21 days notice before start date if cancellation. Less 21 days, must provide immediate replacement. • If terminated for skills/behavior in first week, VT can cancel immediately. We have to credit the hours worked for first week.
