Full-time Field Laborer

$20 to $24 hourly.

LABORER / FIELD TECHNICIAN (Emergency Response) | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Performs various hands‑on work such as pressure washing, dry/wet vacuum truck operations support, steam cleaning, and basic industrial maintenance

Operates a company motor vehicle to travel to and from job sites

Operates hand tools, light machinery, and sharp tools while on job location

Provides care and light maintenance of tools and equipment to maintain their proper operation

Works in a safe and healthy manner in accordance with established safety and OSHA requirements

LABORER / FIELD TECHNICIAN (Emergency Response) | POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS:

Full‑time position

Ability to work flexible hours with some weekend and holidays required; works evenings and weekends as needed

Travels occasionally

Weekly rotating schedule for first shift, second shift, and on‑call evenings

LABORER / FIELD TECHNICIAN (Emergency Response) | REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Has ability to read, understand, and carry out oral and written instructions and schedules

Exhibits respect to co‑workers, clients, supervisors, and vendors

Is on time, flexible, adaptable, and professional

LABORER / FIELD TECHNICIAN (Emergency Response) | PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Three (3) years of general labor or construction experience preferred

CDL‑A or B encouraged

LABORER / FIELD TECHNICIAN (Emergency Response) | WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Field service work in a variety of industrial plants and settings; exposure to dust, oils, grain, fertilizer, and varying weather/temperature conditions

Must follow all safety standards and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas

Requires walking, standing, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, and regular lifting and carrying of 50 pounds
