Peninsula Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated nursing team on a full-time basis.

Patient-Centered Care
Help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals through compassionate, skilled nursing care.

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Complete timely and accurate documentation of nursing care and resident progress.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to support quality outcomes.
Respond appropriately to resident needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and infection prevention practices.
Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or sub-acute setting preferred.
