We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Buyer with Epicor Kinetic experience to join our growing Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationships to ensure material availability for a precision equipment manufacturing environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small, startup-like operations team, where flexibility, ownership, and a hands‑on mindset are essential. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally and contribute beyond traditional purchasing responsibilities to help build a scalable and high‑performing supply chain.

Procurement & Sourcing

Execute purchase orders in Epicor Kinetic for materials, components, and services

Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with cost, quality, and delivery goals

Monitor and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions

Track open orders and proactively mitigate delivery risks

Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, responsiveness, cost)

Resolve supply issues including shortages, delays, and quality concerns

Partner with planning, engineering, production, and quality teams

Help resolve material constraints and production bottlenecks

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes

Operate effectively in a small, agile team environment

Provide backup support across operations as needed

Assist with shipping activities (e.g., 3+ years of buying/procurement experience in manufacturing

Strong understanding of MRP, supply planning, and inventory control

Background in sourcing, supplier onboarding, and contract management

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience in capital equipment or high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing

Familiarity with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS)

Strong negotiation and contract management skills

Attention to detail and data accuracy

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Be part of an innovative team supporting advanced, highly engineered inspection systems
