Duties
As a Program Manager, you will:

Establish program vision, long-range strategies, milestones, performance measures, and success criteria aligned with organizational priorities.
Ensure development and implementation of policies, standards, procedures, and system enhancements to strengthen management integrity and improve grants processing.
Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to develop solutions for complex operational and strategic challenges.
Advise on the development and execution of agreements ensuring that they align with mission objectives, statutory requirements, and customer needs.
