Essential Job Functions Underwriting of Combined Form Package (General liability, Pollution, Professional Liability), Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation and Excess Liability.

Focuses on new business production, account retention of profitable renewals, and account management.

Manages components of development, growth and profitability for book of business and/or assigned territory and drives accountability for underwriting production goals.

Pipeline tracking.

Travels to key brokers/accounts and remains highly visible in the marketplace.

Cross marketing with other Starr products.

Job Requirements Bachelor Degree.

Minimum 2 years' experience within the liability underwriting discipline; pollution experience is a bonus but not required.

Proven track record in managing an insurance portfolio.

Developed relationships with wholesale and retail brokers.

Strong presentation skills.

Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook.
