Facility Maintenance Handyman

Performs maintenance service and repairs of buildings, equipment and grounds in order to provide a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, staff and visitors. The responsibilities include those of general maintenance (., carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing). Will provide excellent customer services when working with patients, visitors and other staff members.

High School Diploma/. Technical degree in a facilities related field preferred

One to two years general maintenance experience required

Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience, preferred

ability to read, write and speak English

Basic computer skills
