Remote Mental Health LCSW

Infinite Ties Wellness is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This remote position will focus on providing vital support and counseling services to our clients, enhancing their well-being and creating a positive social impact in the Carson City, Nevada area.

Engage actively in program development, evaluation, and grant writing, aligning our services with community needs and securing funding.

Collaborate closely with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance service provision and community reach.

Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach activities to maintain a high level of engagement and professional growth.

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who are facing a variety of challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, social injustice, and economic hardship. By fostering empowering relationships with clients, you will play a crucial role in facilitating their healing and growth.

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Strong understanding of social justice principles and a commitment to advocating for marginalized populations.

Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and a broad understanding of community resources available to clients.
