Remote working, 1 day a week in office

Prepare detailed estimates and bid proposals for multifamily construction projects

Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documents

Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and vendor pricing

Identify scope gaps, inconsistencies, and potential cost risks

Develop competitive bids while maintaining project profitability

Collaborate with Project Managers and preconstruction teams throughout the estimating process

Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

Proven experience estimating garden-style multifamily projects

Strong understanding of wood-frame multifamily construction

Experience with quantity takeoffs, subcontractor pricing, and bid analysis

Proficiency with construction estimating software and Microsoft Office

Only 1 day per week in the office
