Job Overview A law firm seeks a General Liability Associate Attorney to join its West Palm Beach, FL office. The firm represents national and regional companies and insurance carriers in civil litigation, including personal injury, property damage, and contract disputes.
Duties Take and defend depositions.
Draft and argue dispositive motions.
Prepare for arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
Requirements 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
Licensed to practice in Florida.
Experience in general liability, construction, retail, hospitality, premises liability, or insurance defense.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications Florida Bar admission.
Skills Effective writing.
Strategic thinking.
