URGENT: School Security Officer - Part TimeIMMEDIATE HIRING!Part-time School Security Officer Position7:00am to 12:00pm1:00pm to 6:00pmFull Job DescriptionAssist in monitoring school parking lots with visibility.Assist with health screening school occupants upon entry.Conduct perimeter and vehicle checks of the buildings.Assist with daily traffic control on school property.Specialized EducationTraining, knowledge, experience and certification(s) required.Prior Security experience preferred.Skills & AbilitiesList the specialized clerical, administrative, technical, or managerial skills needed to perform this position.High School Diploma requiredExcellent interpersonal communication skills.Ability to deal with high stress while maintaining professionalism.Must be able to pass both security and school background checks and drug screeningPhysical RequirementsList the minimum physical requirements.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel adtalk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and/or walk for 5 hours or more. May have to reachwith hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
