At Baptist Senior Family, we're searching for a caring and detail-oriented Medication Aide to play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our residents.
For over a century, Baptist Senior Family has provided exceptional care to older adults, offering services like independent living, personal care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. As a Medication Aide, you'll be a trusted partner in delivering person-centered care to our residents. Accurately administer medications to residents following care plans and medical orders.
Monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with nursing staff.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, fostering trust and comfort.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch care and enhance the resident experience.
Work Schedule: Full-Time

~ Full-Time: 2:30pm-11:00pm

Completion of an approved Medication Aide training program and certification.
Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus.
A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
