Department: Revenue Strategy and Planning
Divisions Maintenance Group provides facility maintenance services to retail chains and distribution and fulfillment centers across the country. This role requires a strong proficiency in Excel and a keen ability to manage and meet strict deadlines, particularly in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The successful candidate will be adept at program managing and facilitating strategy across various teams including field teams, sales teams, sales leadership, and implementation teams. This position demands a high level of expertise in cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing data, and the ability to craft compelling narratives from this data to inform decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple RFPs and ad hoc analyses simultaneously.
Data Analysis and Storytelling: Clean, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with field teams, sales teams, sales leadership, and implementation teams to develop and align pricing strategies.
Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes at various organizational levels.
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to inform pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
Continuous Improvement: Continually seek ways to improve processes and practices related to pricing and data analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of pricing, sales, or analytics related fields.
- Power BI, SQL, or CPQ experience is a plus.
- High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
