Provide cash receipt and payment services in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Present and explains a basic number of credit union products and services to members. Represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.Being bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, is preferred.This 40 hr/week position requires working weekday shifts and every other Saturday.BRANCH HOURSMonday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PMFriday, 8:30 AM to 6 PMSaturday, 9 AM to 1 PMBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Life insurance401k with company matchPaid time offResponsibilities:Provides friendly, courteous, and expedient teller and other related services to members resulting in a balanced cash drawer daily.Processes mail deposits and withdrawals.May train to perform open/closing duties (with manager on site).May train to verify checks for other tellers.May be cross trained to help in other positions within the branch.May be required to attend training at headquarters or an off-site location.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent.Previous work experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position.
